Overview Atlence Solutions Inc. is hiring professional and dependable Security Guards / Crowd Controllers to maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment at commercial sites and special events in Calgary. Key Responsibilities Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to maintain safety and order Manage crowd flow during peak periods and special events Conduct regular foot patrols and observe for safety risks or suspicious activity Enforce site rules and company policies respectfully and professionally Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to procedures De-escalate conflicts using professional communication techniques Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately Coordinate with supervisors, staff, and emergency services when required Required Skills & Qualifications Valid Alberta Security License (or ability to obtain prior to start) Previous experience in security, crowd control, customer service, or event operations is an asset Strong observation, judgment, and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or high-stress situations Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow safety protocols and site procedures About the Company Atlence Solutions Inc. is a Calgary-based operations and security services provider supporting commercial properties and event environments.
