Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and customer satisfaction Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food safety and handling procedures are followed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Assist with order accuracy and timely delivery of food to guests Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to uphold health department requirements Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to work well in a team environment with good communication skills Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Join our team to be part of an energetic environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
