T4 Contractor position with a duration of 12 Months (with the possibility of extension) Location: Onsite in Fredericton NB Working hours: 7.5 hours/day Only 1 interview round (1 additional interview round if needed) Our Company requires the services of IT Business System Analysts to support a major Clinical Information System transformation.Successful candidates may be assigned to one or more of the following work assignments: Support of Existing Systems: (Backfill support roles of existing teams) Accountable for maintenance and support of existing CIS and Clinical Systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Ensure systems are configured to meet architectural standards and guidelines Monitor support queues and completion of requests assigned to technical teams (Application Changes, End User Support, Application Configurations, and other work items as assigned related to operational support of applications) CIS Application Projects This position requires close collaboration with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and key stakeholders across multiple lines of business and technology teams to ensure accurate gathering, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements. Identify and document impacted systems and dependencies. Capture and analyze the current state of clinical and technical environments. Perform gap analysis to inform solution design and technical strategies. Document and complete Technical Assessments. Work closely with ''downstream'' system vendors to ensure applications are at a readiness state for implementation of a new CIS. Develop functional design documentation to support application upgrades, consolidations, and potential data migration and archiving, and integration activities.
