That''s why SickKids Foundation is looking for a Manager, One-Time Donor Marketing. Position Status: Temporary Full-Time Contract (14 months) Available: Immediately Description Of The Position: The Manager, One-Time Donor Marketing will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, targeting the one-time (non-recurring) donor audience and generating over $4 million in annual revenue. This role will be a thought-leader on a fast-paced team, joining at an exciting time of growth for this portfolio and for SickKids Foundation. You Will: Lead the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns to SickKids'' active and lapsed donor base through all stages: Developing data segmentation and creative briefs, liaising with internal and external agency partners, providing creative feedback, and overseeing project timelines and workflow. Oversee project management for One-Time Donor marketing, ensuring all campaigns deploy on schedule and with the highest quality Coach and mentor two Associates on the team, guiding their work throughout projects Leverage AI tools to support marketing creative development, reporting enhancements and process automation Manage the High Value One Time Donor marketing journey, including targeted marketing materials, impact reports, and 1:1 touchpoints Develop and implement FY27 creative, segmentation, and test-and-learn strategies, including delivering recommendations on how we can optimize and improve on our current approach Collaborate with internal teams (across Business Analytics, Creative Services, Brand Strategy and more), as well as external agencies, to develop, deploy and measure campaigns Lead initiatives to enhance donor journeys, working closely with agency partners, internal stakeholders and Salesforce; Remain current on all aspects of emerging marketing trends, including AI integrations, and other areas affecting the marketing team''s business; Be an effective collaborator and team player, and adhere to the Foundation values and policies. Qualifications: While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role: 5+ years experience managing complex Marketing campaigns and projects, including overseeing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, under tight timelines; Substantial experience executing via direct marketing channels, including email and direct mail tactics; Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring junior team members Experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) in a variety of use cases, including process automation/simplification, creative development, and/or reporting; Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel with experience in data and analysis; Experience in data segmentation, database management, and trigger-based automation tools; Experience with revenue accountability and budget management; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute multiple projects within tight timelines and proactively anticipate and respond to team needs; Team player mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with other Foundation teams; High level of passion and enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and proactively. Total Compensation Package: Hiring Salary Range: $82,064 to $102,582; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $117,971.
