Full-time | Permanent Burnaby | Onsite Description Our client is looking for a Real Estate Insurance Advisor to join their Commercial Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to grow their expertise in real estate and commercial insurance. You will play a key role in servicing our real estate clients while working closely with Producers, Account Managers, and Marketers to deliver exceptional client experiences. What Youll Be Doing Deliver outstanding customer service while providing day-to-day support to Production teams. Apply strong technical insurance expertise while ensuring compliance with company service standards and guidelines. Collaborate closely with Account Executives/Producers, Account Managers, and Marketers to support all aspects of account servicing. Respond to client inquiries within licensing authority and serve as the primary point of contact when the Producer is unavailable. Participate in meetings and complete assigned action items within established deadlines. Accurately process documentation and transactions in accordance with company workflows and procedures. Review and manage account reconciliations in partnership with Accounting, Producers, and Clients. Effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities, including emails, mail, activities, and abeyances. Provide Accounts Receivable support, including issuing payment reminder letters when requested. Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date electronic client records. Review insurer policy documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Engage in ongoing professional development to continually strengthen technical skills and industry knowledge. What You Must Have Level 2 General Insurance License. Excellent customer service skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and Word.
