If you are looking for an exciting job in customer service or retail, working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate may be a great fit for you!What you'll doEfficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers.Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damage and the freshest selection.Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service, supporting issues to resolution.Ensures strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintains a clean work area, and operates material handling equipment safely. Completes all safety pre-inspection checks.Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, productivity, safety, and quality improvements. Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.55.
