Actuellement, lquipe dinfrastructures de municipales est la recherche d''un(e) ingnieur (e) intermdiaire en hydraulique pour se joindre notre bureau de Montral ou de Qubec. Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable de la ralisation des tudes hydrologiques et hydrauliques pour le dveloppement des infrastructures de transport. De plus, vous effectuerez diverses tches d''ingnierie et de conception dans des projets lis aux routes municipales, au drainage et aux services publics, ainsi qu'' la conception et la supervision de la construction. Vous dirigerez galement des enqutes sur le terrain et la prparation de rapports d''inspection. Idalement vous avez : Ingnieur(e), membre actif de lOrdre des Ingnieurs du Qubec, avec plus de 5 ans d''exprience dans les services municipaux (eau et assainissement) et les eaux pluviales. Bonne connaissance des normes du ministre des Transports du Qubec et de la Mobilit durable (MTMD). Comptences efficaces en communication interpersonnelle, verbale et crite, ainsi qu''en engagement. Connaissance des processus, politiques, directives et normes nationales, provinciales et municipales lis l''ingnierie municipale et aux tendances volutives de l''industrie. Matrise des logiciels de conception lis aux infrastructures civiles/drainage. Par exemple, une exprience avec certains ou tous les logiciels suivants sera considre : AutoCAD Civil3D et/ou MicroStation V8i, InRoads, StormCAD, EPA-SWMM, ArcGIS, CivilStorm, Inroads Storm and Sanitary, et HEC-RAS, PCSWMM, WaterCAD (EPANET) ou autres logiciels semblables. Diriger ou contribuer au dveloppement de dessins conceptuels et dtaills d''infrastructures municipales diverses, et dmontrer une expertise dans les routes, les infrastructures souterraines, les gouts, les systmes de drainage, le nivellement, les ponceaux, les nouveaux amnagements et la modernisation des installations existantes. Prparer des calculs de conception, des rapports, des plans de construction, des documents de permis, des calculs de quantits, des estimations et produire/vrifier des donnes analytiques d''ingnierie et des informations connexes pour garantir l''exactitude des rapports de conception/techniques. Assister la prparation des propositions de l''quipe de consultants. Langue de travail pour les postes situs en permanence au Qubec La connaissance du franais est requise pour les postes situs en permanence au Qubec afin que le titulaire puisse communiquer au besoin avec ses collgues et partenaires au Qubec. Une formation en franais est offerte tout titulaire dun poste permanent au Qubec qui ne possde pas une bonne connaissance du franais. Autre exigence linguistique La matrise de langlais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les collgues, les clients et les partenaires (ou les fournisseurs) situs lextrieur du Qubec, et de comprendre la documentation technique et scientifique disponible dans le domaine de notre industrie. Examples of flagship projects Third link between Qubec and Lvis Major repair of the Louis-Hippolyte La Fontaine tunnel; Temporary road designer for the Reconstruction of le-Aux-Tourtes Bridge between Vaudreuil-Dorion and Senneville; Currently, the transportation infrastructure team is looking for a Hydraulics intermediate engineer to join our Montreal or Quebec City office. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting hydrological and hydraulic studies for the development of transportation infrastructure. Additionally, you will perform various engineering and design tasks in projects related to municipal roads, drainage, and utilities, as well as design and construction supervision. You will also lead field investigations and prepare inspection reports. Ideally, you have : Engineer, active member of the Ordre des Ingnieurs du Qubec, with over 5 years of experience in municipal services (water and sanitation) and stormwater management; Good knowledge of the standards of the Quebec Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD); Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as engagement skills; Knowledge of national, provincial, and municipal processes, policies, guidelines, and standards related to municipal engineering and evolving industry trends; Proficiency in design software related to civil/drainage infrastructure.
