More specifically, the position holder will be expected to: Know and consistently comply with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery or equipmentsuch as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, boilers, etc.according to plans and using manual and power tools Inspect and examine machinery and equipment preventively to detect irregularities and malfunctions Read plans, diagrams, schematics, documents, and procedures to determine the appropriate course of action Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts Use machining tools, such as lathes and grinders, to manufacture parts needed for machine repair, maintenance, or assembly Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance tasks on machinery and work areas Troubleshoot and replace motors Replace photocells with wiring Perform minor electrical troubleshooting Carry out any other related tasks
