This position is intended for skilled individuals who are comfortable working on a piece-rate basis and who can maintain strong productivity while meeting high quality and precision standards . This role requires proven expertise in removing fat, skin, and bones , not only basic deboning. Main Responsibilities Perform manual deboning of poultry parts (chicken breasts and thighs) Accurately remove fat, skin, and bones using a standard knife Maintain production pace while ensuring high-quality standards Sharpen, maintain, and clean knives safely Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards Profile Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in manual poultry deboning Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Experience with piece-rate work (per kg) Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable working in a cold environment (approximately 26 C) Consistency, precision, speed, and strong observation skills Working Conditions Stable, permanent employment Structured and safe work environment Performance-driven role with a strong focus on product quality Employment Equity Agence de Placement Trsor Inc. and its client are committed to employment equity and comply with Quebec and Canadian human rights legislation .
