Responsibilities include installing, replacing, and maintaining water, sewer, and other system components; performing general maintenance duties as required; and participating in a rotating oncall program. The role involves responding to facility or community emergencies at any time and performing duties assigned by the Facilities Manager. Requirements Valid Red Seal trade license in a related field. Twelve (12) months of postticket experience in an industrial, institutional, or commercial maintenance environment. Minimum three (3) years of recent experience in a similar role. Familiarity with TSSA, CSA Standards, and Hospital equipment manuals. Valid basic (G Class) drivers license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and accurate keyboarding skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customerservice skills. Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and adapt to changing demands with flexibility and efficiency. Selfdirected work habits in a demanding, fastpaced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive teambased skills.
