Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned MDM Sr. Developer with strong expertise in Databricks and cloud-based data platforms. This role involves designing and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, building scalable data pipelines, and ensuring data quality and governance across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver reliable and consistent master data using modern cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain MDM solutions to ensure accurate and consistent master data. Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks on Azure. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and data stewards to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Develop data integration processes, data quality rules, and transformation logic within the Databricks environment. Create and maintain data models, metadata, and documentation for MDM processes. Apply best practices for data governance, security, and compliance. Perform data profiling, analysis, and troubleshooting to resolve data issues. Automate routine tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on MDM and Databricks. Stay current with emerging trends in MDM, big data, and cloud platforms. Required Qualifications Overall, at least 10 years of experience is required. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters preferred. Extensive experience in MDM design, development, and implementation. Proven expertise with Databricks, including notebooks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Spark SQL. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake. Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes. Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data concepts. Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets. Excellent problemsolving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Databricks or cloud platforms. Experience with other data integration tools and MDM solutions.
