Senior Logistics Coordinator Based out of the Lower Mainland area, we are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize end-to-end international import and export operations. This role oversees documentation, compliance, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and on-time delivery across global markets. Responsibilities Coordinate all import/export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Prepare and review shipping documents (BOL, COO, invoices, packing lists, certificates). Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams. Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain realtime logistics visibility. Optimize transportation costs and negotiate freight rates. Monitor compliance with Incoterms, customs requirements, and company policies. Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting. Requirements 3+ years of international logistics or supply chain experience. Post Secondary in supply chain or related. Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures. Proficiency in ERP/logistics systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. Salary 70-75,000 range.
