In this role, youll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, payment of vendors, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, performing account reconciliations, and supporting daytoday financial operations.Responsibilities & QualificationsProcess payment requests in a timely manner including but not limited to vendor invoices, expense reports, credit card payments etc.Receive, enter and process purchase order requests, including followup.Print Accounts Payables cheques in multiple currencies.Holding stakeholders accountable to accounting principles and practices.Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.Accurately prepare and reconcile data as well as prepare reports with this data.Maintain accurate and wellorganized accounting records and documentation.Assist with month end reconciliations, including but not limited to accounts payable accruals.Assist and support the Controller & Assistant Controller in their job duties.Contribute to overall department goals by performing other related duties as assigned.Embrace the companys core values:K.R.P.
