Position Summary Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring highquality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What youll do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensure that products chosen are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged items, freshest selection). Correctly document and label all orders through pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide support in resolving issues. Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean work area, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are free of debris before packing. Operate materialhandling equipment safely and complete preinspection checks before use. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and safety practices. Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.85 per hour.
