Job Description Summary Reporting totheStrategic Sourcing Director, the Strategic Sourcing Coordinator will be focused on supporting key sourcing activities across all categories (ingredients/commodities). Unleashing Your Potential Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account RRSP employee matching program Tuition reimbursement program Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc. Primary Responsibilities Coordinating and taking the lead to account for all ingredientsamplesbrought in for testing Update purchasing parameters in SAP, as required,at the request of theRaw Materials Planning team or the Sourcing team(LT, MOQ) Support the Supplier Audit team by initiating communication with the suppliers when audits need to be scheduled Work closely withthe Analysts''teamto ensure continuous flow of contracts in SAP Manage regular (monthly/weekly)pricing updatesas directed by the Sourcing groups PrepareSupplier PerformanceScorecards, distribute and coordinaterespectiveactions derived Support QA with NCRsand Expired Documentsfollow ups Review invoices and statements for accuracy Additional duties as assigned Required Experience Experience managing the pipeline of agricultural commodities from producer to end-user Good understanding of supply chain and logistics within the agricultural commodity trading business Intermediate to advanced knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis Prior work experience related to futures and options trading/hedging is preferred Minimum two years of Sourcing or Procurement experience Intermediate to Advanced Excel level Strong knowledge of MS Office, Powerpoint, Outlook Experience with ERP systems preferable Knowledge with demand forecasting and planning principles is considered an asset Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization both internally and externally Excellent time and project management skill What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment As a successful company that is continually growing there is always challenging yet rewarding work to be a part of.We have an entrepreneurial spirit which encourages all our team members to use their own creativity and out of the box thinking to come up with solutions and new ideas.
