Location: Edmonton, AB Status: One 8-month term, May 1 December 31, 2026. This is a full-time paid position operating Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Duties will include: Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate Participate in IT related projects Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware, software and business critical application issues Participate in imaging, installing, configuring, developing and documenting systems Perform administration duties including: Office 365 Administration ADS Administration File share access permissions Mobility Management Hardware Inventory Management Inventory adds/moves/changes Readying equipment for shipping out to other branches Maintenance of the Inventory Management system Proper disposal of equipment Are you an Information Technology student ready to put your education into formal practice? Preference will be given to 3rd and 4th year students who have completed related courses. Intermediate skill level in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to learn new software.
