Store Rollout and Execution This role is responsible for handling all administration duties to support Sr. Director, Director and management team. Duties to include but not limited to support and be responsible to issue payment s in a timely manner of all invoices for the Ontario project managers. Process invoices for Sr. Director, Director and Project Managers Processing vendor invoices for the division Sort and distribute architect''s invoices to project managers monthly Checking budgets, activity codes, and assist in rectifying any issues that may arise (funds not released, projects not open, Loblaws Inc vs Loblaw Properties, etc) Team out of town accommodation Arranges accommodations for colleagues in Ontario Other Duties Support team with new initiatives as they arise such as Architects action plan Organize conference calls and issue minutes to the senior team Assist in booking meeting rooms or restaurant for team functions/meetings Skills Drivers Licence hours are flexible- between 24 to a maximum of 44 hours per week- candidate must have the ability to catalogue their own hours Ability to e-file and organize large amounts of documents Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs in particular Microsoft Excel Previous knowledge of SAP would be an asset (but are willing train) Ability to understand budgets, and process invoices for approval utilizing internal autopay system (training provided) Self-motivated, ability to work within a group setting with minimal supervision. Problem solving and Organizational skills (ie.: working with Project Managers on invoice processing, Project Closeouts) Ability to meet deadlines (weekly invoice submissions) Additional Administration duties may be required to the right candidate Store Development Clerk travel assignment, and weekly schedule submission.
