The Capital Infrastructure Delivery Office (CIDO) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ADM Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM). This position plays a key role in managing the ADM''s schedule and ensuring that all related materials and supporting documentation are prepared and organized to maintain momentum on high-priority initiatives throughout the day. Core responsibilities include editing and formatting documents, maintaining a robust records management system, and supporting general branch administration. The role serves as the primary liaison between CIDO and Corporate Services, ensuring effective communication and coordination, and supporting the processing of financial documents, transactions and routings. Demonstrated experience providing senior-level administrative and executive support, including proactively managing schedules, briefing materials, and day-to-day priorities to keep leadership organized and prepared. Proven ability to prepare, manage, and format a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, and briefing materials. Experience supporting financial processes, including the preparation and processing of financial transactions and documentation. Completion of a certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset. Familiarity with Yukon Government administrative and financial processes is considered an asset. Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
