Contract Period: 10 months with potential to extend Pay Rate: Starting from $64 per hour Location : Toronto, ON Location Type : Onsite Business Hours: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities: Lead and deliver complex business and technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups, with a focus on strategic enablement and operational excellence Manage projects through all phases-from initiation to implementation-ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners, to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including budget management, personnel, and technology, to optimize project outcomes and efficiency Drive process innovation and automation, identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance user experience Exercise advanced decision-making skills to solve complex project challenges, balancing risk and opportunity while ensuring project objectives are met Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies Provide clear, consistent communication to project teams, sponsors, and leadership Champion cross-functional collaboration, establishing shared goals and accountability across teams Inspire, mentor, and develop project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Track and report on project performance, including financials, resource utilization, and outcomes Impacts the achievement of operational, project or service objectives that may have influence on customer experience Capture lessons learned and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Act as a change agent, helping teams navigate ambiguity and adopt new ways of working Experience & Qualification Requirement: Bachelor''s degree 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or employee experience domains English and Mandarin language fluency PMP or equivalent certification is an asset Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with process improvement, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Workday) Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in matrixed environments Strong business acumen and the ability to connect project outcomes to enterprise strategy Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience working with AI, data platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization and communicate difficult concepts and information to customers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to navigate complexity and drive clarity Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and visual-with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and leading through change Global mindset and flexibility to support distributed teams across time zones Must be able to work in evenings at least 3 days a week from 8-10 pm Experience with HR IT project Project Management Experience Knows AI day-to-day usage Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
