Senior Manager UKG Workforce Management (WFM)The UKG WFM Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of UKG Workforce Management solutions across the organization. This role ensures workforce planning, scheduling, timekeeping, and labor analytics align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency. The Senior Manager leads cross-functional teams, partners with HR, IT, Operations, and Finance, and drives continuous improvement of WFM processes and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the enterprise WFM strategy using UKG (Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central).Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for UKG WFM capabilities and best practices.Lead, mentor, and develop WFM managers, analysts, and administrators.Establish governance, standards, and roadmaps for WFM initiatives.UKG WFM System ManagementOversee configuration, administration, and optimization of UKG modules including:Time & AttendanceSchedulingAccruals and Leave ManagementLabor Forecasting and AnalyticsAbsence ManagementEnsure system scalability, performance, and data integrity.Manage system upgrades, patches, and feature releases.Business PartnershipPartner with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless integration and accurate labor data.Translate business requirements into functional WFM solutions.Support enterprise initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and workforce transformations.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.Monitor audit controls related to timekeeping, pay rules, and labor reporting.Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.Analytics & Continuous ImprovementDrive workforce insights through labor reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce labor costs, and enhance employee experience.Lead process reengineering and automation initiatives.Vendor & Project ManagementManage relationships with UKG and implementation partners.Lead large-scale WFM implementations and enhancements using structured project management methodologies.Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).812+ years of workforce management or HR systems experience.5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM (Dimensions, Pro WFM, or Workforce Central).Proven experience leading enterprise-level WFM implementations.Strong understanding of labor laws, pay rules, and scheduling practices.Preferred QualificationsUKG certifications (Dimensions or Workforce Central).Experience in large, multi-site or unionized environments.Background in retail, healthcare, manufacturing, or contact center operations.PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
