With years of success in the Canadian market, they pride themselves on producing and providing exceptional customer service and products to the industrial, commercial and residential contractor marketplace, while always putting their clients and employees first. They have retained Cameron Lappin from the Lock Search Group to partner in their search to find a highly dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to join their company, and support their Chief Financial Officer. Though this opportunity offers personal flexibility, it is an office-based position located out of their Lower Mainland branch. Our client is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to work hand-in-hand to provide direct support to the CEO; while also supporting other executive leaders, managers and branch operations across Canada. This is a critical role that requires strong organization skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, relationship-driven organization. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations, communication and efficient execution of both strategic and administrative priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEOManage calendars, email communication, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedulesAct as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materialsCoordinate leadership meetings, board materials, and follow-upsHandle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretionAssist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and company-wide communications Support office organization, workflow optimization, and executive prioritiesQualifications & Experience3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadershipAdditional professional experience in project/administrative coordination would also be an assetExceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligenceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and operate independentlyCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range of $70K to $75K annuallyAnnual performance bonus 20% of salary RRSP Contribution PlanExtended Benefits + Vacation PlanIf you are seeking an Executive Assistant role with a collaborative, flexible, employee-centric company, this may be the perfect fit.
