If you think you are a fit with our culture and the job description below, we encourage you to apply today!The Role:As a Project Manager, you play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects by coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and maintaining clear communication. Working in close partnership with an Account Manager, you will focus on project execution, enabling clients to achieve their goals while ensuring a smooth and efficient internal workflow.Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary project liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.Partner with the Account Services team to understand client goals and ensure projects are scoped, planned, and delivered to meet expectations.Lead project planning, onboarding, scheduling, and execution to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including digital, copy, design, communications, and creative, to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflow.Manage project milestones, revisions, approvals, and deliverables, maintaining accountability across stakeholders.Monitor progress and proactively address challenges, escalating risks or resource needs when necessary.Facilitate client communication on project status, timelines, and deliverables, while collaborating with the Account Services team to maintain overall account health and growth.Ensure internal departments have the information, assets, and context needed to execute effectively.Build and foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams to support trust, collaboration, and long-term success.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to provide insights on process efficiencies and potential enhancements.Identify and communicate emerging client needs to the Account Services team for consideration.Support the coordination and execution of ad hoc client and internal requests related to ongoing projects.Other duties as assigned.A Little Bit About You:Bachelors degree or diploma in marketing or a related field is preferred3+ years experience working as a Project Manager or in a similar role is requiredExperience working in a marketing, advertising or creative agency is requiredStrong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyStrong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detailMust Have's:Youre a driven, high-output individual with a desire to growYou have a sense of humour and love to have fun, but take your responsibilities seriouslyYou have a passion for the industrial sectorYou enjoy the fast-paced nature within a marketing agencyYou take pride and ownership in your workThe Perks:Competitive salary: $70,000-$90,000 (based on experience)Extended health benefits package + health spending account2-3 weeks vacation + week off between Christmas and New YearsBrand new company HQ including: gym, espresso machine, sit/stand desksSite HQ is close to many coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and easy access off of Hwy 1Company laptop (apple)Hybrid work schedule: 4 days a week in-office, at our HQ office in Abbotsford and 1 day from homeDogs in the office Woof!Lets get to work!If this posting gets you excited, we want to hear from you.
