We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to take the helm of our facility and be the driving force behind the facility's daily performance. You will blend strategic planning with shop-floor leadership to ensure our operations are safe and efficient. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of daily operations including optimizing productivity, reducing costs, eliminating errors, and ensuring regulatory requirements and customer specifications are met.
