REAL ESTATE COORDINATOR (Downtown Vancouver) Jim Pattison Developments (JPD) is the real estate division of the Jim Pattison Group. In British Columbia, JPD is active in the development of new projects including multi-family condo and rental residential, industrial, and retail commercial.Your new role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to support the Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in managing lease administration, supporting property operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will assist with lease documentation, reporting, and general real estate support activities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate preparation, review, execution, and filing of lease documents, including renewals, assignments, and terminations.Maintain and update lease tracking tools to reflect document status from draft through execution and distribution.Manage tracking and coordination of leasing commissions and ensure timely payments to brokers as required.Collect and organize documentation needed for tenant inducement and incentive administrative processing.Serve as a point of contact for internal departments, external brokers, property managers, service providers, and tenants, supporting communication and workflow.Monitor and update monthly lease expiry reports and leasing activity logs to inform management of upcoming actions.Support the property assessment appeal process, including gathering data, preparing reports, and managing assessment notices/property tax documents.Track tenant insurance certificates and follow up to secure current and compliant documentation.Provide support on general real estate and administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the success of the team.What you need to succeed: Post-secondary education, preferably in business, real estate, or a related field.Three to five years of experience in real estate administration, lease coordination, or a similar support role is preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong comfort navigating digital files and documentation systems.Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional manners.Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with limited supervision.A customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous approach when interacting with internal and external contacts.In recognition of your dedication and effort, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000$70,000 (depending on experience), three weeks of vacation, an extended health benefits package, and an RRSP contribution program.
