The scope includes specialized work such as PPC Overlay application to protect the bridge deck, ensuring durability and long-term performance. The Superintendent will lead all field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all night shift construction activities on-site.Manage crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and material deliveries for night operations.Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce health and safety protocols.Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, timesheets, and QA/QC reports.Communicate progress and resolve on-site challenges promptly.QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of civil construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role.Proven experience on bridge or heavy civil infrastructure projects.Strong leadership and organizational skills for managing night shift crews.Ability to work night shifts consistently (6 days per week).Valid drivers license and ability to travel to site as required.What We OfferCompetitive salary with night shift uplift.Opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure project.Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality.Potential for long-term career growth within the organization.
