It is a fast-paced, learning-rich environment that values adaptability, initiative, and a growth mindset.Your ResponsibilitiesYoull prepare pre-reads, agendas, decks, and materials to support leadership and stakeholder meetings.In this role, youll track milestones, follow up on action items, and maintain well-organized documentation using SharePoint Online.Youll support change management activities by drafting internal communications, updates, and announcements.Youll assist with Change Readiness Assessments, summarize insights, and support stakeholder engagement activities.Youll help prepare and organize training materials, SOPs, and reference guides, ensuring strong version control.Youll support dashboard reporting, RAID logs, and leadership summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.Skills and Qualifications3+ years in a coordinator, project administrator, or change-focused role.Hands-on experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments.Proficient in RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) management.Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online.Strong experience creating dashboard reports, and preparing leadership summaries.Experience organizing and delivering training or learning materials.Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.Why Partner with AltisIf youve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
