Foothills Animal Hospital in Okotoks, AB is looking for a full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy team. Our new team member will have a positive attitude, love working with people and animals, and be proficient in typing, spelling and grammar. You can''t be shy You will spend a lot of time with our clients. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential As a Veterinary Receptionist, your duties will include filling our appointment book, client care and education, and administrative duties. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and the last person they see before they leave, so you need to make a great impression If you have experience in a veterinary hospital that''s wonderful, but we are willing to train the right person Experience with AVImark would be an asset. This is a full time, permanent position. The exact schedule is to be determined, however it will likely be comprised of a compressed work week (4 x 10 hour shifts, 8am to 6pm). This shift will include working a share of Saturdays. Wage will be dependent on applicant''s experience. This position is demanding and quick paced, but the right applicant will find it very rewarding.
