Position Overview We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Journeyman and Apprentice Welders to join our install team. In this hands-on role, you''ll work on-site across various construction and infrastructure projects, installing structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and ornamental elements with the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Complete welding for installation of structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental metalwork Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Ensure precise alignment, fit-up, and installation of fabricated components Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all site safety protocols Collaborate with installation crews, foremen, and other trades on-site Conduct quality checks and repairs as needed in the field What We''re Looking For For Journeyman Welders Valid Journeyman welder certification Proven experience in structural/miscellaneous/ornamental metals welding Strong knowledge of welding processes Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols Commitment to safety and quality workmanship For Apprentice Welders Currently enrolled in or willing to pursue enrollment to become a Journeyman Welder Previous welding experience (shop or field) Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced field environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience and certification Opportunities for apprenticeship progression and ongoing training Work on diverse, high-profile projects across Western Canada Supportive team environment with a focus on quality and safety Full benefits package (health, dental, etc.) after probationary period (details discussed during interview) Stable, consistent field work with a respected industry leader We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
