Why Work With AspireAutism Stable Caseloads Consistent families who are engaged partners in care Predictable Scheduling Reliable, recurring shifts that offer week to week consistency Clinical Support Direct access to Senior Therapists and BCBAs for mentorship, guidance, and leadership Streamlined Systems Tech enabled tools for scheduling, administration, and documentation so you can focus on therapy Collaborative Team Culture Work alongside therapists who share your standards, values, and commitment to quality care Competitive Pay and Growth Competitive pay up to $35 per hour, based on experience and performance, with regular reviews, bonuses, and leadership opportunities Inclusive Workplace Woman founded, values driven, and committed to diversity, inclusion, and professional growth What You Will Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes across Kitchener and surrounding areas, following BCBA and Senior Therapist guidance Support skill development and behaviour reduction goals using individualized programming Collect and document data using AspireAutism''s internal software Collaborate closely with the clinical team throughout the treatment process Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment in all client homes (all homes are pre screened) What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience in Ontario Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Professional, friendly, and approachable with families and colleagues Strong collaboration and documentation skills Valid Ontario driver''s licence, reliable transportation, and a clear police background check Availability Requirements Availability between 9:00am and 6:30pm on at least 3 weekdays is required to support consistent client schedules Total Hours Starting at approximately 25 or more hours per week, with the opportunity to increase immediately based on availability and client needs AspireAutism is committed to fostering diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
