About the Role As a Tow Truck Driver, you will provide prompt and professional roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and towing services. You''ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team to ensure smooth daytoday operations. Safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything we do. Key Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to assist stranded or disabled vehicles Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and service requests Recover and tow vehicles from accident scenes, parking lots, and roadside locations Maintain a clean, professional, and approachable demeanor with customers, contractors, and law enforcement Conduct basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in proper working order Maintain accurate logs of service calls, vehicle movements, and required documentation Follow all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members Qualifications Valid Ontario driver''s license: G, A, D, Z, or any combination Valid Tow Drivers Certificate preferred, but willing and able to certify the right candidate Clean driver''s abstract and clean CVOR Clean criminal record check (required for CAA and Police/OPP contracts) Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Good knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and roadside safety protocols Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Selfstarter who can work independently and as part of a team What We Offer New, wellmaintained trucks Lots of work and consistent hours Competitive pay Supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Work Location: In person
