Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of horticulture and landscape maintenance, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves nurturing plants, maintaining gardens, and ensuring that outdoor spaces are aesthetically pleasing and healthy. Duties Perform routine gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching to maintain garden aesthetics. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and managing flower beds. Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases that may affect growth. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners. Experience with power tools including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices Strong gardening skills with a focus on plant care and horticulture principles. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
