POSITION: Sales Manager POSITION OBJECTIVES: The Sales Manager will work both outside and inside the store providing superior customer service to existing and new clients thereby increasing sales and net profit of consumer and commercial products. Job Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating confidence and professionalism Absolute commitment to exceptional customer service and support Self-motivated, energetic and the ability to multi-task Demonstrates initiative and enjoys dealing with people Excellent communication skills are required Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of paint (automotive and/or house) is an asset but not mandatory Available to work full-time hours Must have experience in Canada and currently reside in Canada Responsibilities Macro Continually seek out and evaluate business opportunities To plan and develop sales strategies/goals for financial growth with the President Implement the programs necessary to achieve the desired results Control and evaluate the sales results To develop and manage supplier relations. Micro Work as an important member of a team Assist and serve all customers in a friendly and professional manner Ensure a quick and professional response to all customer enquiries Complete customer orders including product and order processing Assist with inventory development and control Assist with marketing efforts both inside the store and externally. Schedule Expectations: Weekly: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday Bi-Weekly: 9:00am-3:00pm, Saturday Compensatory Notes: Competitive Wage Employee Profit Share Plan Mileage Plan Corporate Pension Plan Extended Health Care Plan This is a full-time position.
