Responsibilities Work closely with the Concur Spend AI team and the Spend product team to deliver realworld, highuserimpact AIdriven product features in Finance and Spend. Explore, implement, experiment and evaluate the most recent LLMs and agentic frameworks for our use cases. Push the frontiers of applied AI with realworld data and application. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and business experts to develop solutions with measurable customer impact. Help ensure performance, reliability and ongoing improvement of model deliverables through continuous collaboration with development teams. Required Skills and Experience Proven handson experience with ML / deep learning frameworks, NLP, LLMs and agents. Strong track record in experimentation and evaluation of ML / AI models, LLMs and agents. Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform; AWS preferred. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Demonstrated ability to drive decisions using a datadriven mindset. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with agentic systems and frameworks. Experience with LLM finetuning, distillation, retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) systems, grounding techniques. Experience with ML model / LLM deployment and productionization.
