Great Pay Plus Full-Time Benefits This position is for the day shift with typical store hours between Monday Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities Opening and closing the Btonel/Dulux branch. Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution. Maintaining Btonel/Dulux specialization high customer service standards for yourself and your team. Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership. Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members. Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Btonel/Dulux standards. Qualifications 1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment. Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred. Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required per week. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
