As a Mobile Security Guard, you will play a vital role in safeguarding people and property by conducting proactive patrols, responding swiftly to security incidents, and maintaining a strong, visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and ensure a safe environment. Competitive hourly wage of $20.25+ comprehensive benefits We will invest in you, costs of continuing education through GardaWorldAcademy Full Time / Tuesday to Saturday from 15:00 to 23:00 Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Full-time & part-time opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Mobile Security Guard Conduct scheduled patrols across assigned locations (mobile and foot) Respond promptly to alarm activations and various types emergency dispatches Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws Provide backup support at static sites during incidents or high-risk situations Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergenciesComplete detailed incident and activity reports after each shift Drive company vehicles responsibly and complete vehicle inspections Qualifications for Mobile Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC security license A valid driver's license Class 5 and clean driving abstract required First aid certification - an asset Strong report writing skills Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus Strong proficiency with technology Ability to stand and walk throughout shift This could be more than a job!
