Job Purpose The purpose of the Fluid Pumping Supervisor position is to oversee and maintain job requirements for specific contracts. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver, operate, organize and maintain pumping equipment. Communicate with operators on an ongoing basis regarding changes in job scope and requirements. Organize operators to job requirements, dispatch as necessary, and follow up on any requests made by Customer. Communicate with Customer and relay information to Dispatch as necessary. Work Site training and auditing. Mentoring operators and boosting morale. Meeting with customers and ensuring satisfaction of work. Source new clients. Operator training. Ensuring employees are operating in a professional manner and following S.O.Ps. Ensuring field issues are rectified and customers and operators satisfied. Ensuring operators and swampers are educated on and completing all aspects of paperwork. Hazard IDs and all safety documentation. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications for the Supervisor role are as follows: Three (3) Years Class 1 Driving Experience Previous Coil Tubing and/or Cementing Experience an asset Leadership Skills Ability to multitask Positive attitude Excellent communication skills Working Conditions Working conditions will vary and include, but not limited to; working remotely from customer locations, evening and weekend work, working outdoors, working in adverse weather conditions, and working with challenging clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
