Learn more at Role: HR Administrator & Benefits Specialist Youll provide essential administrative support to our HR team across Marine and Industrial divisions while managing the front reception area at our Chilliwack facility. Responsibilities Include: Front desk reception and visitor support Maintaining office supplies, coffee inventory, and communication boards Coordinating mail/courier distribution and safety protocol communication Supporting HR functions such as: Employment verification letters Recruitment assistance (screenings, interviews, onboarding) Benefits administration (enrollment, updates, terminations) RRSP enrollment and changes Orientation scheduling and training record management Attendance monitoring and job description updates Acting as a subject matter expert for benefit programs Assisting with company events and culture initiatives (BBQs, raffles, holiday parties) Maintaining HR files and documentation per AdvanTec standards What You Bring Minimum 6 months experience in HR or administrative support Postsecondary education in HR (asset) Manufacturing experience (asset) Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite Positive, outgoing attitude with excellent customer service skills Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities Attention to detail and strong communication skills Thank you for considering a career with AdvanTec Marine.
