We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Phlebotomist to join our growing team. Position OverviewAs a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in supporting fertility treatments through accurate and timely blood collection and processing. Our Phlebotomy team also takes care of laundry, stocking, room prep. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures efficiently and verificaaccuratelyLabel, handle, and process blood samples in accordance with clinic and lab protocolsEnsure proper patient identification and maintain accurate documentationMaintain cleanliness and organization of the blood draw area and equipmentCollaborate with nursing and laboratory teams to support patient careProvide compassionate care and comfort to patients undergoing fertility treatmentAdhere to safety and infection control procedures at all timesParticipate in weekend rotation as needed QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Assistant programCertification from a recognized regulatory body (if applicable in Ontario)Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred, ideally in a clinical or fertility settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyMust be available to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM 12:00 PM, with flexibility for weekend shifts What We OfferOpportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environmentSupportive team and leadershipCompetitive compensation based on experience Job TypePart-time Pay$22.00-$25.00 per hour ExperiencePhlebotomy: 1 year (required) Work LocationIn person #J-18808-Ljbffr
