Accountabilities Develop, review, and update Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs), forms, and other quality documentation Review clientClone iabil requirements and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of client projects Oversee compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and support updates to safety procedures and training Participate in business development activities such as conferences, trade shows, and presentations Research products and services to identify and recommend the most suitable option for business needs Assist the Business Unit manager by making recommendations on the economic and financial implications of projects, proposals, and plans Support daily financial activities, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and purchasing Assist with the operations and maintenance of processing equipment, including scheduling contractors, and providing safety orientations Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, risk, and resources throughout trunk projects to ensure successful execution of project requirements Coordinate activities with crossfunctional project teams and report on project milestones, challenges, and outcomes Qualifications Engineering degree with experience in mineral exploration, mineral processing, mining, or a related field 25 years of experience, with a focus on project management Registration as an EIT with APEGS is required The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties.
