This is achieved by supporting clients unique needs through innovative packaging product designs, automation and standardisation solutions, and costsaving opportunities tailored to their situation.Must be available for travelSizing $%; 50% within Canada and the United States.ResponsibilitiesProviding support and packaging optimisation services to customers.Demonstrating ownership and followthrough on commitments made to customers.Facilitating issue resolution through onsite and offsite problemsolving with customers.Detailed ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with customers to improve existing packaging, material, and techniques, as well as necessary adjustments to equipment setup.Maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Ensuring performance of new products for customers and providing necessary support to the sales team regarding technical needs.Supporting customers in automation packaging.Developing new packaging material and/or concepts as required.EducationPostsecondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Technology, or equivalent.Experience5+ years in a client filler engineering technology representative role or similar; experience in automation, mechatronics, and project management is a strong asset.Technical SkillsERP and CRM systems, Tappi & ISO standards knowledge, functional understanding of packaging machinery & equipment, and corrugated systems; experience with BHS OS (iCorr, CCC,, MCC), Escada Temperature Control Systems, Corrugation and Conversion Equipment Knowledge is a strong asset.SkillsProactive and selfmotivated with a strong clientfocused mindset, problemsolving skills, innovative solution generation, excellent communication ability to explain difficult technical concepts, and a track record of meeting client needs.
