If youre comfortable learning complex products, enjoy working crossfunctionally, and thrive in a regulated environment, this may be a strong fit.Youll oversee product performance, support operational excellence, and strengthen our partner relationships, ensuring our members receive exceptional value across all insurance products. Youll also provide leadership to the Insurance Process Specialist and collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and our external underwriters.The expected hourly or salary range for this role is $64,000.00$74,000.00. Placement within this range will be determined based on the successful candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Portfolio & Operations LeadershipManage a multi-product portfolio, ensuring offerings are competitive, memberfocused, and compliant (training provided).Lead operational processes for Travel, Home & Auto, Pet, and Advisory insurance, including workflow design, quality assurance, disclosures, and incentive tracking.Partner with Marketing to drive product education, awareness, and growth.Analyze and present product performance, trends, and insights to guide decision-making.Support budgeting, reporting, and claims escalation processes.Provide daily guidance and leadership to the Insurance Process Specialist.Partner & Stakeholder EngagementAct as primary liaison with key partners and underwritersCoordinate training, presentations, renewals, and incentive programs.Foster strong internal relationships to support product adoption and member experience excellence.Compliance & GovernanceLearn and support compliance requirements across all product lines, including Travel certification standards (training provided).Maintain report access, secure portals, and compliance documentation.Support onboarding, refreshers, and product updates for frontline teams.Qualifications What Were Looking ForYou do not need insurance experience.
