We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our team in any of our locations. You will deliver training & onboarding for our Sales team, focused on customer relationships, sales processes/systems & equipment expertise. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer orgs you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth. Responsibilities Develop/deliver training programs for all sales staff Track training success Recommend improvements Maintain on-boarding plan/schedule for the sales team Keep up to date on knowledge of business/sales systems, JDU courses, Sales & Retail Finance programs/processes, products from vendors, build codes & machine configurations Maintain customer confidentiality Maintain strong relationships through teamwork and service excellence Requirements Excellent training/presentation, customer service, interpersonal skills Extensive knowledge of Farm/Ag systems in AOR Ability to manage tasks; project/goal oriented with strong work ethic Technical experience diagnosing/repairing basic electrical products Ability to use MS Office desktop & internet apps Experience analyzing/interpreting data/reports High school diploma/equivalent, Ag/Business/Engineering Degree preferred Ability to work flexible hours including extensive travel in and out of CA Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License & valid Passport Benefits Connect with us today!
