This role is part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. The job entails communicating with clients, virtual property inspections, onboarding new properties and admin support. Some weekends and holidays are required due to the nature of our industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications : Respond to messages, assist with client inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience overall.Property Inspections : Work with our on-site property inspector to check readiness, maintain quality standards, and resolve any maintenance needs.Onboarding New Properties : Virtually assist with setting up and preparing new rentals, including setting up systems and ensuring properties are ready for clients.Admin Support : Handle various administrative tasks to support the operations team, such as scheduling and updating property records.Vendor Liaison : Communicate with vendors and contractors as needed for repairs or special projects.Problem Solving : Jump in to handle unexpected issues or last-minute needs across multiple properties.What We Are Looking ForHighly organised and reliable with excellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive problem solver who works well independentlyHospitality, customer service, or property management experience a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
