Overview As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our Market Area Project execution, ensuring timely delivery of parts and quality customer communication. You will play a crucial role in meeting customer expectations, fulfilling contract obligations, and achieving targets for safety, quality, schedule and budget. Responsibilities Manage Field Service and Life Cycle Services (LCS) turnkey contracts in line with Metsos global processes, tools, and policies. Oversee project execution, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet customer expectations and contract obligations. Conduct internal and external kickoff meetings to define project goals and clarify contractual issues. Develop project schedules, coordinating with various Metso departments using MS Project. Collaborate with technical support staff to design procedures, special tooling, jigs and fixtures. Maintain records of installation progress and technical information for all field service events. Coordinate field activities with customers and their contractors. Manage lessons learned, identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback to stakeholders. Qualifications Fluency in English and French (speaking, reading and writing) is desirable. Experience in project execution in the mining or heavyequipment industries is encouraged. Projectmanagement certification or a relevant professional degree is an asset. Proficiency in SAP is required; Salesforce experience is beneficial. Valid drivers licence and the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport. Knowledge of Metso capital equipment products, especially crushers, is advantageous. Understanding of commercial and legal terms and conditions. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is a bonus. Advanced customerrelations and interpersonal skills.
