Specifics about the role: Job Type: Part Time Wage Range: $43 - $53/hour What youll do: Perform a full range of clinical hygiene servicesincluding scaling, root planning, polishing, and applying topical fluoridewith precision and care. Assessing and case typing patients in alignment with clinical protocols to ensure appropriate and personalized care plans. Acting as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long-term preventative care strategies. Building strong and trusting patient relationships through every interactionyour positive attitude and professionalism will shine. Creating a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals. What youll bring to the role: Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program. Registered Dental Hygienist status in good standing in with the CDHO. Strong verbal and written communication skills, youre as good at explaining care as you are at providing it. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, youre comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team. Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
