Manager of Ecommerce MAV Beauty Vaughan, Ontario, Canada MAV Beauty, home to Marc Anthony True Professional, Sky Organics, Cake Beauty, Renpure and The Mane Choice, is seeking a Manager of Ecommerce to support and expand the companys digital presence across multiple online channels. MAV Beauty is a collaborative, fastmoving beauty organization where creativity, adaptability, and entrepreneurial thinking are highly valued. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated career progression and brings handson experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and/or CPG. Base pay range CA$75,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr Overview The Manager of Ecommerce will support daily operations across Amazon, retailer.com platforms, and emerging marketplaces. The role involves content updates, analytics, channel support, and crossfunctional collaboration. Success requires a proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This position is based in the office 4 days a week and 1 day working from home. Responsibilities Assist with forecasting, promotional planning, pricing updates, and inventory coordination Assist in managing onsite advertising Contribute to ecommerce initiatives, merchandising improvements, and site updates Update and optimize product listings, imagery, copy, and enhanced content Support brand content refreshes and onsite storytelling Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Creative, and Sales teams Coordinate with external agencies to support ecommerce or digital marketing efforts Monitor key ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, and instock rates Support reporting, dashboards, and performance insights Assist with evaluating and onboarding new marketplace platforms Help test and scale new opportunities within the broader marketplace ecosystem Required Qualifications 35 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, CPG, retail, or a related field Experience or familiarity with Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Advertising) Demonstrated career progression through roles with increasing responsibility Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to succeed in a fastpaced, lessstructured, entrepreneurial environment Comfort in interpreting ecommerce and digital KPIs Strong organizational and projectmanagement abilities Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Salary Range $75-$105K with 10% Bonus potential Seniority level MidSenior level Employment type Fulltime Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MAV Beauty by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
