We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and person-centered Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide handson support to individuals with disabilitiesempowering them to live independently, participate in their communities, and achieve their personal goals.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion, respectful of individual choice, and committed to supporting people with dignity and respect.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal prep, medication, and mobility assistance.Support individuals in accessing the community, attending appointments, and participating in social/recreational activities.Promote independence and skill-building in areas such as communication, selfcare and decisionmaking.Maintain accurate documentation and follow support plans, behavior strategies, and health protocols.Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times.Qualities & ExperienceExperience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred, but not required SDLKtraining provided).Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to personcentered care.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Clear criminal record/vulnerable sector check.(Optional: Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, CPR/First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening, etc.)What We OfferA supportive, inclusive workplace thatOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adult participants #J-18808-Ljbffr
