We are open to candidates based anywhere in British Columbia, as this position operates on a fly-in/fly-out basis from Kamloops. You can work with the team to determine a travel schedule that fits best for you. All travel expenses will be reimbursed, and bookings will be managed through a dedicated travel agent. Your Responsibilities Youll lead the electrical and technology Spezial of large-scale, design-build healthcare projects from planning through close-out. In this role, youll oversee schedules, budgets, quality standards, and risk management across multi-year projects. > Youll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Youll manage project performance tracking, financial reporting, and procurement activities. Youll collaborate closely with site leadership to plan labour needs and staffing strategies. Youll mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Skills and Qualifications 8 years of progressive project management experience on complex, multi-year construction projects. nh> Red Seal Electrician, Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, or P.Eng designation. PMP, Gold Seal in Project Management, or equivalent certification. Proven experience leading projects valued at $7M+ from initiation to close-out. Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of contracts and risk management. Proficiency in MS Office, with exposure to tools such as Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or scheduling software considered an asset. li> Compensation Salary range of $115,000$140,000 annually, plus a competitive total compensation package.
