Store Manager Elysian Coffee Elysian Coffee is hiring a Store Manager! You are the coach of the team and will be focused on supporting and influencing others to make the experience at Elysian awesome. You are there to take care of the team, and to work alongside others. The Store Manager plays a key role in setting the tone for the store organized, energized and delightful hospitality. Responsibilities 70% people, 30% administrative duties. Operations & admin 1 day per week: schedule, payroll, ordering. Maintaining cleanliness of the store. Qualifications High standards for operations, cleanliness, product and customer service. Embrace mistakes as learning opportunities. Patience & compassion, assume the best of others. Curiosity & initiative. Experience: Barista 2 years (required). Leadership, supervisory or management 1 year (required). Benefits & Compensation Salary: $25.00 per hour (40 hrs / week) + tip pool.
