Ukrainian World Congress Development and Fundraising Leader The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) is seeking a full-time Development and Fundraising Leader to lead its global fundraising initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact for Ukraine and the global Ukrainian community by strengthening Ukraines independence, sovereignty, and future prosperity. Why This Role Matters As Development and Fundraising Leader, you will be at the forefront of efforts that empower millions and amplify Ukraines voice worldwide. You will collaborate with influential Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine, working alongside a dedicated staff and a large network of passionate volunteers and influencers to fulfill UWCs mission. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of an ambitious international fundraising strategy, with a goal to raise $10 million annually to support Ukraine and build strong global communities. Engage high-value donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations, to create impactful partnerships. Launch and evolve bold campaigns such as Birds of Freedom, Fight Like a Ukrainian, Energize Ukraine and develop new initiatives that inspire action and drive results. Mentor and empower a small, passionate team, collaborating across departments to deliver measurable outcomes. Engage a large global network of volunteers and supporters to magnify fundraising impact. Champion transparency by utilizing data-driven insights to report progress, optimize strategies, and maintain donor trust. Qualifications Minimum five years of proven success in fundraising or sales and marketing, ideally in an international NGO or corporate setting. Strategic thinker with handson execution skills and a passion for innovation. Exceptional relationshipbuilding and communication abilities. Proficiency with fundraising tools and social media platforms. Commitment to UWCs mission and values, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
